خاص – الخبر اليمني: وكشفت مصادر دبلوماسية بأن الاجتماع نضمه البنك الدولي وصندوق النقد الدولي وضم مسؤولي حكومة بن مبارك برئاسة محافظ البنك المركزي بعدن ورؤساء البنوك اليمنية في صنعاء.
وكرست المفاوضات حول حلحلة ملف التصعيد الأخير من قبل مركزي عدن.
وأكدت المصادر رفض رؤساء البنك التجارية نقل مقراتهم الرئيسية إلى عدن.
واعتبر هؤلاء خلال مداخلات عبر الزوم قرار المركزي بعدن بشان اجبار تلك البنوك لمقراتها مخالف لقانون البنك والبنوك اليمنية التي تنص على ان تتخذ البنوك من العاصمة اليمنية صنعاء مقرا لها ولم يحدث اي تعديل.
وأفادت المصادر بان المؤسسات الدولية تحاول خفض التصعيد بين صنعاء وعدن بشان وضع البنوك التجارية وتحييد الاقتصاد عن الصراعات.

وكان مركزي عدن اصدر قبل فترة قرار بنقل البنوك لمقراتها إلى عدن وذلك في إطار محاولته التصعيد اقتصاديا.
ويرفض رؤساء البنوك اليمنية نقل المقرات إلى عدن ليس فقط لان القانون يمنع ذلك إضافة عملائها في الشمال بل لأسباب تتعلق أيضا بالبنية التحتية والامن في عدن حيث تسيطر الجماعات المنادية بالانفصال.
